Sleepless in Oklahoma

A US Govt study has confirmed that the state of Oklahoma has gone above the national average for sleeplessness.

Dr. Johnathan Schwartz from the Integris Sleep Disorders Clinic says that sleep disorders and health issues like obesity often go hand in hand. This can increase further the risk of sleep disorders such as insomnia and sleep apnea. Obesity can also cause increased snoring. Read more about the state of sleeplessness here.
